So, I recieved an email stating that the new $ coins have had the motto "In God We Trust" removed from them. Pretty convincing if you look at the picture above.
Upon further investigation, you'll notice that the motto had not been removed but only relocated to another area of the coin. (shown in the photo below)
Just a friendly reminder, courtesy of the web, that things are rarely what that they seem and enough people believing that something is so is sometimes more important that what really is.

So true! I have actually learned a lot of different things by checking silly email forwards through snopes.
