Frugality Has Its Limits....

So this is definitely going on the list of frugal failures. This is incredibly disturbing and disgusting to say the least.

I recieved an odd sort of email today. One stating that companies in China were recycling used condoms into hair ties. What? I get silly emails all the time. Many are untrue. I dug a little deeper, and found this one to be true.

Please be very careful when out purchasing hair ties. My guess is that these are probably sold in dollar stores etc. Of course, there's no way to be certain, and they could easily be inside any covered hair tie, so please be very careful.
